Sherley Joseph

Bio

Sherley Joseph is a Toronto-based creative strategist, podcast producer, and community builder with 10+ years in digital media. She is the founder of The Chonilla Network, a boutique digital agency supporting purpose-driven brands and creators through podcasting, influencer marketing, and strategic content. She also leads Black Canadian Creators, a national platform and podcast amplifying Black creatives and entrepreneurs across Canada through events, spotlights, and resources. Sherley specializes in helping creators build ecosystems—not just audiences—by turning stories into strategy and community into currency. She has produced hundreds of podcast episodes, supported national campaigns, and partnered with organizations like National Observer, VisitMTL, Mob Toronto, and The Soundwave Summit. Her mission: help Black creators get paid, get noticed, and get crystal clear on their voice—while using media as a tool for legacy and liberation.
